That Old Family Recipe

Ingredients 1 lb. hamburger 1 onion 3 slices bread, broken into small pieces 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 small cans tomato sauce 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. brown sugar Directions Mix thoroughly hamburger, onion, bread egg, salt, pepper, and one can tomato sauce. Form loaf in loaf pan. Mix one can tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, and brown sugar. Pour over loaf. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour, or until cooked in middle.

Ingredients 1 lemon cake mix 1 pkg. lemon Jell-o already mixed with 1 cup boiling water 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 2 cups powdered sugar 4 tbsp. Lemon juice Directions Mix cake mix with Jell-o, eggs, and oil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze. Use fork to poke holes in cake 1 inch apart over entire cake. Drizzle glaze over top of cake. This can be eaten warm, but I may even like it better cool.
